OUR RETURNS POLICY

We hope you are in love with your Atelier Jessie purchase, but if you need to return an item, please notify us at hello@atelierjessie.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

For a return to be accepted, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unused and in its original packaging. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package for return, but please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not provided by Atelier Jessie. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable.

To ensure a safe and secure return, we recommend using a tracked shipping service. The customer is responsible for any damage or mishandling of the product from the time of receiving it until it is returned to us.

Once the returned product has been received and verified by Atelier Jessie, we will process your refund or exchange. Please note that it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process.

REPLACEMENT PIECES

We take care to pack our pieces securely to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, sometimes accidents can happen during shipping. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@atelierjessie.com with pictures of the damage and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

RETURNS THAT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE

Please note that made-to-order and glazed-to-order pieces are non-refundable. This will be stated on the product listing page. Samples and seconds pieces are also final sale and cannot be returned.
