PROCESSING
Allow 4-6 business days for shipments to leave the Atelier once your order has been placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation number. If you don't receive an email confirmation within 48 hours, please contact us immediately at hello@atelierjessie.com.

Atelier Jessie is not responsible for shipments that arrive to the incorrect address. If a shipment is sent back to us, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the product. If a shipment is lost or stolen from our customer's property, we will not claim responsibility. All shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Please order your product in advance to ensure your shipment arrives on time.

UK CUSTOMERS
All domestic orders in the UK will be shipped via Royal Mail. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and will be displayed at checkout. Orders will be processed and shipped within 4-6 business days if the item is ready-to-ship, or 2-3 weeks if the item is listed as glaze-to-order.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
All international orders will be shipped via Royal Mail. For International Tracked, shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and will be displayed at checkout. International Economy (the cheaper option) does not have a tracking number, and will take between 6-12 weeks to arrive. The customer is responsible for any import and handling costs when the order arrives to your country.

SUSTAINABILITY
At Atelier Jessie, we use recyclable or compostable packaging materials, such as reused bubble wrap, compostable packing peanuts, and 100% recyclable cardboard boxes. We prioritize sustainability in our packaging while still providing a thoughtful and lasting unpacking experience for our customers.
