Can I change the date of my workshop?
Please request any date changes at least 7 days ahead of your booked workshop.

Can I get a refund on my workshop ticket?
As per our T&Cs, please note workshop bookings are strictly non refundable.
However, if you are unable to attend the workshop we will happily replace your ticket to a voucher of the same value. Just drop us an email at hello@atelierjessie.com if you are looking for a refund.

What if I turn up late to a class?
Though we ask you to please arrive on time, we’re happy to accommodate latecomers up to 10-15 minutes past the class start time.

Can I choose my candle name and scent on the day of the workshop?
We advise you to choose prior to the session during the booking process, so that we can prepare your workshop station ahead of time.

How many people will be attending my workshop?
Our prosecco & pottery painting workshop guest capacity is currently 8 guests. But this is subject to change.

How long will the workshop last?
Our workshops are usually around 2 hours.

Can I bring food to the workshop? 
We ask for no food to be present during the session, it's a pretty hands on experience so we wouldn't want food getting in the way.

Can I take my mug home with me on the day of the session? 
We need to fire the mug in the kiln one last time before you can bring it home. An email will be sent when it is ready to be collected from the Ollie Quinn shop. It will take approx. 2-3 weeks for your mug to be ready.
